A long balmy summer evening by one of Scotland’s lochs. Toes dipped in the cool water after a day’s hike. Can you see yourself in this painting? The colours, the blues and greens merge in the mist in the distance yet glimpses of reflections still stand stark in the sparkling water. One of our favourites here at Made in the Glen, Julia-Anne has really captured the atmosphere of the Highlands in this piece.

Painted with Windsor & Newton professional watercolours on Saunders Waterford 600gsm cold-pressed cotton paper. Mounted with a cream mount.
